We set our bell tents up to make camping easy and have tried to provide everything you might need for your stay. Here’s a complete list of the campsite cooking kit we provide:
A cool box with two ice packs (exchanged daily if required)
Four enamelware plates
Four enamelware bowls
Four enamelware mugs
Four cutlery sets (knife, fork, spoon, teaspoon)
Four glasses
A kettle (not to be used on the fire)
A cafetiere
A single-ring camping gas stove (for use outside only)
Two small saucepans
One small frying pan
Barbecue tongs, an egg slice, a large spoon
One barbecue/heat resistant glove
A fire pit (outside) with a grill suitable for cooking on
In addition to the campsite cooking kit listed above, we provide a washing up bowl, drainer, sponge and a tea towel in every tent. Eco-friendly washing-up liquid is provided over at our open-air washing-up sinks and there is handsoap at the handwash sinks, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in our bucket showers.
We also provide a bag of logs and a bundle of kindling and one gas cartridge for the camping stove with each booking. Should you wish to buy more, these are available on site or to buy as extras at the time of booking. A bag of logs is £6, kindling bundles are £1 and gas cartridges are £2.
